I have been an Adult Educator since 1982 when I started my career with the Federal Government as the Assistant Program Coordinator CECS, Toronto District, where I designed and facilitated learning experiences for over 120 Student Placement Officers. In 1988 I aligned with Sheridan College; working together to create their Client Service division and a government sponsored youth program (Futures). During those years I worked on hundreds of projects with Sheridan Client Services; creating employee development processes and performance improvement solutions. From 2001 - 2006 I was a partner with Peak Performance Systems, providing management and leadership development processes to hundreds of organizations in the GTA. In 2006 I created Lake McLean Inc. to focus exclusively on leadership development and performance improvement. Our efforts have resulted in the creation of our Performance Maturity™ Model and an award winning leadership development process using a blended learning approach and a variety of metrics which identify performance gaps and measure performance improvement
